What are your studio booking hours? booking

Studios are available daily from 06:00 to 22:00 local time. After-hours access can be arranged with prior notice.

Tip: use the Ask a question form for special time slots.

What is your cancellation policy? booking

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies; within 24 hours, the session is fully chargeable.

For force majeure, contact support for a review.

What gear is included with the studio? gear

Each studio includes 2x 4K broadcast cameras, motorized sliders, teleprompter, 3-point LED lighting, lavalier and boom mics, and a basic control unit.

Add-ons: PTZ cameras, tri-caster, and remote guest kits are available on request.

How do I access the building and studio? access

Upon confirmation we issue a QR access pass and a PIN for elevator access. Front desk staff can assist during business hours.

After-hours, a supervisor meets you at the lobby entrance.

Is parking available on-site? access

Yes. We offer guest parking with EV charging. Please register your plate in advance to receive a stall assignment.

Street parking is limited during events—plan accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept? payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH. Corporate invoices are available for approved accounts (NET 15).

Can I get an invoice with GST/HST? payments

Yes. All invoices include applicable GST/HST with our business number. Enter your billing details during booking and we’ll auto-attach taxes by province.

How do you ensure security and confidentiality? security

Studios are access-controlled, monitored, and wiped between sessions. Private dressing rooms and NDAs are available on request.

Do you support remote guests and live calls? gear

Yes. We offer multi-platform call-ins with return audio, remote IFB, and echo cancellation. We can also provide bonded uplink for field connections.

Are your studios accessible? access

Studios and washrooms are fully accessible with barrier-free entry. We provide ramps, wide doors, and staff assistance when needed.

What is your turnaround for edits and delivery? support

Same-day delivery for raw footage. Edited packages within 24–48 hours depending on complexity. Rush options are available.

What network connectivity is available? gear

Gigabit wired LAN and Wi‑Fi 6 throughout the facility. Dedicated VLANs can be provisioned for live hits and private networks.
